Richard graduated with a BSc degree in Building and Civil Engineering.

 After a period of working for Bovis Civil Engineering, he set up his own building company back in 1982. Since then he has established himself by delivering a varied portfolio of building projects of the highest quality in the Guildford area, Surrey and West Sussex. Richard is accomplished in the Construction Industry and a member of the Chartered Institute Of Builders (CIOB), as well as the Building Conservation and as such listed in the Conservation Directory.

The attention to detail and the precision used in the building projects has won the Company many prestigious contracts. Richard Coles has built a reputation for managing complex and challenging projects, bringing ideas to life with a long list of clients who regularly re commission him.
